Job summary

Cassycare is seeking an experienced Infant Specialist to join our team. Cassycare provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers ages 0–3 through the Regional Center, using developmental play to help children close developmental gaps.

As an Infant Specialist, you will provide in-home developmental play sessions that support each child's individual goals, guide parents on how to continue that learning at home, and document each child's progress.

Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Child Development or Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience working directly with infants and toddlers, preferably those with developmental delays.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and coworkers to ensure a positive experience for every child.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home developmental play sessions for infants and toddlers ages 0–3
• Support each child's individual goals as outlined in their service plan
• Coach parents and caregivers on play-based activities to use between sessions
• Complete accurate session notes and developmental progress reports on time

Education

Degree or coursework in Child Development, Early Childhood Education

Experience with infants and toddlers
