The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee ABA therapy and guide Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Engage families to support treatment goals with data-informed progress.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership for quality assurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead ABA therapy programs in clients’ homes.
• Mentor Behavior Technicians and provide ongoing training.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Involve parents with monthly training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality services with data-driven supervision.
