Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Home Sales Professional to present HVAC options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing. You will conduct pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners, with appointments set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.

Build relationships, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored recommendations. You will present financing and promotions to close deals efficiently, with earnings based on performance

Qualifications

Prior residential in-home sales experience.
One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
HVAC knowledge preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Background check and drug screening required.
Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
