Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an in-home sales professional to present HVAC solutions, explain installation details, and close deals with homeowners. You will conduct pre-scheduled, in-home appointments set by ARS and build lasting relationships by assessing customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.

Financing options will be presented to close deals efficiently, with some weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Residential in-home sales experience required or strongly preferred.
• One-call-close experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred for product understanding.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide pricing.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• All appointments set by ARS based on service calls or inquiries.
• Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently.
• Schedule will include some weekends.
