SWAN Loveland is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in Loveland, CO through HVAC selections and energy-efficient solutions. You will leverage company training and a proven sales process to close in-home consultations and build lasting customer relationships.

This role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential and a steady stream of qualified leads. Applicants should be driven, competitive, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC solutions: Explain products and services to help customers decide.
• Prepare estimates: Create accurate pricing estimates based on requirements and guidelines.
• Close sales: Convert consultations into sales, meeting targets.
• Follow-up: Maintain communication for satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage leads: Use company-provided and self-generated leads to maximize sales.
• Attend training: Participate in training to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Keep records of sales activities and installation schedules.
