Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is required.
• HVAC sales experience is preferred, but strong in-home sales from related industries are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs.
• Present replacement and upgrade options tailored to home and budget.
• Build rapport and trusted consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing.
• Follow up on estimates and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with installation/operations teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
