New Age Air Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, assess needs, and guide them from consultation to sale.

The role offers a total annual compensation of $140,000+ with base plus commissions and flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays. You'll evaluate existing systems, explain options, present proposals, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience and coordinating with installation teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or in-home sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative approach focused on helping customers, not high-pressure selling.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required for experienced sales professionals.
• The ability to work independently and travel throughout the service area.
• Physical ability to access attics, basements, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Full-Time | Pottstown, PA | Flexible hours with occasional Saturdays

New Age Air is a family-owned HVAC company that has been helping homeowners stay comfortable for more than 20 years. As a growing business, we're looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions about their home's comfort.

You'll work with qualified homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, explain available solutions, and guide them through the replacement process from consultation to sale.
