Coolray Nashville is expanding and seeks a driven Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners in their homes, understand comfort needs, and recommend HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions that deliver greater comfort, efficiency, and value.

You’ll thrive in a performance-driven environment, own your pipeline, and earn substantial commissions. The role includes ongoing sales training, career growth, and opportunities across the Coolray and Wrench Group family in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience; in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC, home-improvement or related residential sales experience desirable.
• Proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close high-value sales.
• Consultative selling with ability to identify customer needs over product pushing.
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort discussing financing, pricing, and multiple options with homeowners.
• Goal-oriented with strong pipeline management and follow-up.
• Clean driving record; travel to customer homes in Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Build trust with customers through a professional, consultative sales approach.
• Ask the right questions, listen, and identify priorities, concerns, budget, and goals.
• Present system options and explain differences in equipment, efficiency, features, warranties, financing.
• Follow Coolray's sales process to create a personalized customer experience.
• Educate homeowners on high-efficiency equipment and related products and promotions.
• Prepare accurate proposals and clearly communicate pricing and options.
• Maintain pipeline, follow up with customers, and drive sales, revenue, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and operations for smooth transitions.
