Coolray Nashville is seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners, identify needs, and present HVAC replacement options that improve comfort and efficiency. This performance-driven sales role offers earning potential of $100,000–$200,000, PTO, health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match up to 30%, life insurance, disability coverage, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience, in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC, home improvement, or residential services sales experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close high-value sales.
• Strong consultative selling, listening, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and multiple solution options with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement/upgrade solutions.
• Build trust with customers through a professional, consultative sales approach.
• Identify priorities, concerns, budget, and comfort goals; present equipment options and values.
• Prepare accurate proposals with pricing and options; follow established sales process.
• Maintain active pipeline, follow up with customers, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure a smooth transition to installation.
