Job summary

Coolray Nashville is seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners in their homes, assess comfort needs, and guide them to the right HVAC replacement or upgrade. You will educate customers, present options, and close high-value sales while following Coolray's sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience; in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC/home-services sales experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close high-value sales.
• Strong consultative selling and active listening skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and multiple options with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement/upgrade solutions.
• Build trust with customers through a consultative, educational sales approach.
• Present HVAC options and clearly explain differences in equipment, energy efficiency, financing, and value.
• Follow the established sales process to create a personalized customer experience.
• Maintain pipeline and follow up to achieve sales, revenue, and customer experience goals.
