RighTime Home Services is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. We provide 100% pre-qualified leads, no canvassing, and no HVAC knowledge required—training is provided.

This is a commissioned, uncapped role with potential for six-figure earnings, plus a company vehicle, gas card, and tech gear. Responsibilities include selling to residential customers in-home, presenting options, and closing deals in a one-call-close setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales and One-Call-Close in residential in-home environment.
• Proven sales-track record and competitive spirit.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Drive to our sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options.
• Commitment to relationship selling with customers and earning repeat business through one-call-close results.
• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance while providing excellent customer service.
• This is an uncapped commission opportunity, take control of what you earn by utilizing closing skills.
