Job summary

RighTime Home Services is seeking a Comfort Advisor to join our home services team. You will close residential sales in customers' homes, leveraging pre-qualified leads and no overnight canvassing. Training is provided; HVAC knowledge is not required.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to advancement. Travel to assigned areas is required, with opportunities to join a nationwide leader in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close in a residential in-home environment.
• Experience in the skilled trades business model (HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, etc.).
• Proven sales track record and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Ability to work long hours including weekends as needed.
• Driver's license with clean record and pre-employment checks.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by meeting with customers in their homes and presenting options.
• Drive to pre-set appointments and generate new business from existing customers.
• Build relationships to earn repeat business through one-call-close results.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets through top performance and customer satisfaction.
