Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to consult with homeowners and recommend HVAC replacements based on comfort needs. Earn through a performance-based, uncapped commission with a training salary transitioning to a draw.

Role features company-provided leads, a structured appointment schedule, and ramped compensation with weekly settlements.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces during inspections.

Responsibilities

• As Comfort Advisor / In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, meet with homeowners to evaluate systems and present replacement solutions.
• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess replacement needs.
• Inspect equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and financing options.
• Close sales in a one-call environment and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff and project flow.
