Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning (part of American Residential Services - ARS) is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to consult homeowners and recommend HVAC upgrades. You will close sales in a one-call close environment and coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.

This role offers a commission-based structure with a training salary transitioning to a draw, company-provided vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate current heating and cooling systems and present replacement solutions.
• Meet homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess replacement needs.
• Inspect existing equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Access equipment in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options during consultation.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation to installation.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
