American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade their heating and air conditioning systems. You will provide professional consultations and recommend HVAC solutions based on each customer’s comfort needs.

This performance-driven, one-call close role offers company-generated warm leads, a structured commission plan, and a transition from training salary to a draw.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics or crawlspaces to inspect equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and cooling equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultation.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to installation teams.
