Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active veterinary license in the state or eligible for Ohio.
• Comfortable traveling to homes and working independently.
• Strong communication with families during end-of-life decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services.
• Travel to scheduled appointments within service area.
• Perform examinations, sedation, euthanasia, and medical records.
• Educate families on quality-of-life and end-of-life options.
• Maintain accurate veterinary documentation and collaborate with the team.
