UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide to provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and help maintain a safe home environment.

Required qualifications include a valid CNA or training, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible hours. Louisiana-specific CNA requirements apply. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.60 per hour based on factors and full-time status.

Qualificações

• Current CNA certification or completion of a training program.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
