Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Home and Community Based Services Aide to support individuals at home with personal care and daily living activities. The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments.

You will monitor client condition, document vital signs, and ensure safety in the home environment. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and PA-approved home health aide training or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 6+ months of home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, medication reminders).
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and EVV use.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, respond to client needs.
