St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to support patients in their homes within the Winona/Houston counties areas.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care and daily activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients at the end of life. This role requires current MN CNA certification, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety during home visits.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
