Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes. You’ll support daily living activities and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements include current CNA certification in the state, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel. Join a team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life through home-based hospice care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes.
• Support personal care activities under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Assist with daily living tasks to enhance quality of life.
• Travel to patient homes and follow scheduled visits.
