Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to improve comfort, dignity, and quality of life at the end of life.

The role emphasizes 1:1 patient interactions, meticulous documentation, and travel to patient homes throughout the day. A valid CNA certification and a clean driving record are required, with full-time hours and rotating weekends offered.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
