Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides to support patients in Florida, delivering compassionate, one-on-one care in the home under the supervision of registered nurses and therapists.

Candidates must be licensed and trained, able to travel to patient homes, and committed to upholding patient rights and confidentiality. The role offers flexible scheduling, CEUs, and a collaborative team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA or HHA license.
• Must have completed at least 75 hours of training including an introduction to personal care services.
• Must be free from health problems that may endanger patients and provide evidence.
• Ability to perform personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Respect patient rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Able to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
• Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity for care techniques.
• Physically capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting patients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to care plan to ensure safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support patients with ambulation as prescribed.
• Report changes to RN or clinical manager.
• Complete visit reports in the EMR promptly.
• Confirm daily visit schedules for coordination with staff.
• Participate in QA and adherence to patient rights policies.
