United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking registered nurses to provide in-home health care as independent contractors. You will visit patients at their homes, conduct assessments, and deliver holistic care with compassion and professionalism.

The role requires travel to patients' homes, strong communication, and precise documentation in our EMR system. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with background checks and liability insurance mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS certification is current.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Professional liability insurance is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough home assessments to plan personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Assist with ADLs with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate care with plans, hours, and patient preferences.
• Monitor symptoms and report changes promptly to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with case managers and physicians for a unified approach.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
