Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to perform in-home health evaluations for plan members in their homes. The role includes a 12-hour weekly commitment with a typical hourly pay rate of $105.

You’ll travel locally within licensed states and conduct some virtual visits as needed, ensuring safety and high-quality care. Active medical licensure (MD or DO) is required, with multi-state licenses preferred.
