Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. The role centers on engaging with members in their homes, reviewing medical history, and performing physical assessments with a streamlined workflow via iPad.

Expect a 12-hour per week commitment with travel within licensed states. Compensation is $105.00 per hour, with malpractice coverage and supplies provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed in the coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Able to cover Alpena counties area: Alpena, etc.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home health evaluations during 45-minute visits.
• Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated (e.g., spirometry).
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed and conduct virtual visits when required.
• Join Signify Health’s national clinician network to improve health outcomes.
