Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, engaging with them to assess health status, and providing comprehensive evaluations without prescribing or altering current treatments.

The position is part-time with a typical pay range of $105.00 per hour and requires active medical licensure in coverage areas, with multi-state licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, approximately 45 minutes.
• Utilize iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation; no prescribing or ordering required.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Provide Signify Health services including Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated.
