Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks MDs/DOs for per diem In-Home Health Evaluations. You’ll visit members in their homes for ~45 minutes, review medications and medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and coordinate with health plans as needed.

This part-time role offers a fixed hourly base pay of $105.00, plus incentives per visit, malpractice insurance, supplies, and travel within licensed states.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

• Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role.
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
