Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations nationwide. Visits last about 45 minutes, including medication/medical-history review and a physical exam, with optional tests as ordered by the health plan.

The part-time role requires an MD/DO license, ability to travel locally within licensed states, and optional virtual visits; base pay is $100 per hour, with malpractice coverage and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home health evaluations (~45 minutes) and establish rapport with patients.
• Review medications and medical history; conduct physical evaluation.
• Coordinate with health plan for any ordered diagnostics or tests.
• Travel locally to licensed states; virtual visits as needed.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated.
