Signify Health is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations for members in the comfort of their own homes. You will build trusted relationships, perform medical history reviews and physical evaluations, and travel locally within licensed states, using an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in coverage areas
• Board certification required
• Multi-state licenses preferred

Responsabilités
