Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as NP or PA in the coverage area.
• Board certification (required).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Able to cover Bremerton MSA - Kitsap County.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations, including history review and physical assessment.
• Conduct diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan (e.g., spirometry).
• Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescription or lab order required unless specified.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed; remote/virtual visits as required.
