The clinician will use iPad-based workflows, review medical history, and perform physical evaluations without prescribing medicines or altering current treatment plans. Travel locally within licensed states is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
