Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Geriatric House Calls program in New Jersey, seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide one-on-one, in-home care under a supervising PT. You will guide exercises, monitor progress, and support patients to regain strength, mobility, and confidence within a team-based, interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in NJ or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PT.
• Instruct and guard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR.
• Coordinate care with POAs and community referral sources.
