Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Matawan, NJ, seeks a licensed PTA to join our Geriatric House Calls team delivering one-on-one care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will implement PTAs under a supervising PT, guide personalized exercises, and help patients regain strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR according to clinical standards.
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources; coordinate coverage when needed.
