Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in New Jersey is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home care under a supervising PT. You’ll implement personalized plans, guide patients through exercises, and help restore strength and mobility in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist and adjust activities based on patient response and progress.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, tracking progress.
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources, and assist with coverage when needed.
