Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice, or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with care team and community referrals as needed.
