Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide one-on-one, in-home and senior living care across New Jersey. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to rebuild strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately and timely in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage with POAs and community referral sources.
