Fox Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver in-home and senior living care across New Jersey. Work with a supervising PT to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic activities in the Geriatric House Calls™ model.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in NJ or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX EMR system
• Coordinate care with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and community referral sources

Formation

Physical Therapist Assistant license (New Jersey)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
