Fox Rehabilitation in Morristown, NJ is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on, one-on-one care in older adults’ homes and senior living communities through the Geriatric House Calls model. Work with an interdisciplinary team to guide patients through exercises, adjust plans based on progress, and document visits in FOX’s EMR system.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice or eligible to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system according to standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources; assist with coverage.
