Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant for part-time, per diem in-home care in the Wilmington, DE area. You will work under the supervision of an OT to implement geriatric plans in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include guiding exercises, tracking progress, and documenting visits in FOX’s EMR. Build skills within an interdisciplinary team and grow your caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in DE or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising OT.
• Instruct, motivate and safeguard patients through exercises.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR system.
• Coordinate care with POAs and referral sources.
