Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide in-home and senior living care in Dover, DE. You will work with a supervising Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in patients' homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX’s EMR system.
