Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Roselle, NJ team, delivering in-home care as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and document progress in FOX’s EMR, with opportunities to grow your caseload and clinical skills within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT, adjusting activities based on patient response and progress
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, observing progress
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system, per standards
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources, and help cover when needed

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

OT license in state(s) of practice

CPR certification

Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office
