Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Dover, DE is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide in-home, one-on-one care within our Geriatric House Calls model. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help older adults rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in the comfort of their own homes.

You will work under supervision of an OT, with mentorship and opportunities for skill growth, flexible scheduling, and varied patient caseloads across home and senior living settings.

Qualifications

CPR certification is required for safe patient handling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
Current OT practice license or eligibility to obtain in required states.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system and adhere to documentation standards.
Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care.
