Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation, based in Bowie, MD, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant for in‑home and senior living care. You will implement OTAs’ treatment plans under supervision, guide patients through exercises, and help restore strength and independence in a hands‑on, home‑based setting.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and enjoy built‑in mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow clinically and professionally within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license in state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities; track progress.
• Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate communication with patients, POAs, and referral sources; assist with coverage as needed.
