FOX Rehabilitation in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a Licensed OTA to join our in-home and senior living care teams within the Geriatric House Calls model. The OTA will deliver individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.

• Licensed OTA in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT, adjusting activities based on patient progress.
• Instruct, motivate and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities; observe progress.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system in line with standards.
• Coordinate coverage when needed; stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
