FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults in Ashburn, VA. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes within our Geriatric House Calls model.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, function, and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence and safety.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
