Groundworks, LLC is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to visit homeowners, assess needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions in their homes. You will lead consultations in the field, build trusted relationships, and leverage an award-winning brand with robust training and incentives.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission potential (typical $100k–$150k; top performers $200k–$600k), paid training, and company-generated leads.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowners issues and educate on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
