Bay Area Underpinning is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Portland, OR, who is driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential. In this role, you’ll work independently, managing and growing your own sales territory using pre-qualified leads to help homeowners with foundation repair solutions.

The position offers hands-on training and a supportive culture, allowing you to achieve average earnings of $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers making between $200,000 and $600,000.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home.
