50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions and to close deals with pre-qualified leads. You will work in an in-home showroom setting and travel within an 85-mile radius from home, delivering exceptional service and a smooth sales process.

This role offers immediate commission with benefits, training, and robust marketing support to generate highly qualified leads. Anticipated annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences and travel up to 85 miles.
• Provide expert guidance on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
