50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to lead in-home showroom experiences and help customers select flooring solutions that bring their visions to life. You will leverage pre-qualified leads and use advanced sales techniques to drive satisfaction and company success.

There is no cold calling; a steady stream of qualified leads supports strong closing opportunities. This role is commission-based with benefits and requires travel up to 85 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work 8 am–8 pm weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to excel.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
