Job summary
50Floor seeks an energetic Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers through in-home flooring choices. You will capitalize on pre-qualified leads, conduct showroom visits up to 85 miles from home, and close deals with a high closing ratio.
This commission-based role includes training, advertising support, and flexible hours from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and some Saturdays. Medical benefits are included, with opportunities for substantial earnings in a performance-driven
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
- Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home showroom experiences within up to 85 miles of home.
- Provide expert advice on flooring selections.
- Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
- Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guide the sales process.
- Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
- Achieve sales targets in your territory.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings.
